The Depot Youth Foundation was established in 2012 to sustain the Youth Programs at the Depot Coffee House. The Foundation is a charitable non-profit registered as a 501(c)3 organization with the State of Minnesota and the IRS.
Oversight
There is a small Board of Directors that oversees the collection and disbursement of the funds. The Board Chair of the Depot Youth Engagement Project has an automatic place on the Board. There is an Annual Meeting held in the 4th quarter of the fiscal year, with other meetings scheduled as needed.
