   During normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), your submission will be forwarded immediately to the appropriate employee for follow-up. Questions and requests sent after normal business hours will be processed on the following business day. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address are not required with your comments, but City staff will not be able to follow up on anonymous questions or comments. You can also call the City’s Communication Line at 952-548-6364 to leave your message. To speak to someone immediately, call City Hall at 952-935-8474 (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or find a specific individual in the City Contact Directory.
