The Planning and Zoning division provides administration and enforcement of the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan, provides administration and inspection of signs and fences, and prepares various planning documents and reports necessary to ensure orderly development/redevelopment of the City. Staff sets the agenda and acts as City liaison for the Planning and Zoning Commission.
